Gli Whitney sono una band di base a Chicago guidata dal cantante/batterista Julien Ehrlich e dal chitarrista Max Kakacek, ‘Forever Turned Around’ è il loro attesissimo secondo album in uscita il 30 agosto per Secretly Canadian.
L’album è stato prodotto da Brad Cook (Bon Iver, Hand Habits) e Jonathan Rado dei Foxygen (Weyes Blood, Father John Misty), che ha prodotto anche l’esordio del 2016 ‘Light Upon The Lake’. Alle session di registrazione del nuovo album hanno preso parte i musicisti di Chicago Lia Kohl e Macie Stewart degli OHMME.
La live band scelta da Julien e Max è composta dal tastierista Malcolm Brown, il chitarrista Print Chouteau, il bassista Josiah Marshall, il trombettista Will Miller e Ziyad Asrar.
